Brittany Saucier, 25, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts, in Rockland May 2, 2022, dismissed; illegal possession of a firearm and violation of condition of release in Rockland May 2, 2022 in Rockland, both guilty.  

Randall J. Soule, 46, of Waldoboro, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, two counts, in Rockland July 1, 2024, $800 total fines all suspended, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland May 25, 2024, $400 fine all suspended, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year; violating condition of release in Rockland July 16, 2024, 30 days jail.
