BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Feb. 14-20.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Feb. 14

Cheryl Morin, 57, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Wight Street. 

Feb. 15

Maurice Darres, 42, of Belfast, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating a condition of release on Searsport Ave, stemming from an incident Jan. 17. 

Feb. 16

David Pittman, 42, of Owls Head, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Route 1. 

Feb. 17

Elizabeth Kilby, 44, of Belfast, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on Lincolnville Ave. Kilby was also charged with failure to appear.
