Jason F. Cunningham, 39, of Searsport, aggravated assault in Prospect March 12, 2023, not guilty.
Michael A. Michelle L. Brown, 48, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Swanville Feb. 9, 2024, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Swanville Oct. 4, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Swanville Oct. 4, dismissed.
Diana Willette, 57, of Unity, criminal trespass in Unity Aug. 21, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Aug. 21, dismissed.
James D. Francis, 39, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 7, 14 days in jail and $193.52 restitution; two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 27, and June 18, 14 days in jail for each count.
Hunter J. Bowden, 20, of Winterport, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Winterport June 23, dismissed.
Nicholas T. Ripley, 26, of Belfast, violating a protection order in Belfast Feb. 11, one day in jail.
Zachery G. Mosher, 30, of Palermo, operating an unregistered ATV in Liberty Nov. 1, $200 fine.
Emerson Secich, 19, of Unity, hunting from a bluff or blind overlooking deer bait in Unity Oct. 8, dismissed.
Matthew J. Secich, 53, of Unity, hunting from a bluff or blind overlooking deer bait in Unity Oct. 8, $500 fine.
Albert J. Howard, 45, of Searsmont, placing bait to entice deer in Searsmont Oct. 5, $500 fine.
