BRUNSWICK — Megunticook Rowing competed in the Cow Island Classic Regatta hosted Sept. 17 by Maine Coast Rowing Association on the Androscoggin River.

In the Men’s Jr 2x event, the boys double finished 1st in 26:51.9 minutes beating MCRA, the second place boat by over a minute and a half.

In the Men’s Jr 4+ event, the boys varsity boat coxed by Maggie Blood finished 2nd in 20:53.3.

In the Women’s Masters 2x event, the masters women’s double finished 1st in 27:52.4.

In the Women’s Jr 4+ event, the girls varsity boat coxed by Sofia Howell finished 2nd in 22:53.8.
