Pair of Mustangs wrestle in Nokomis Warrior Clash

NEWPORT — Two wrestlers from the Mount View High School wrestling team competed Saturday, Jan. 8 at the Nokomis Warrior Clash.
The Mustangs, as a team, placed 13th out of 13 teams with 15 points in the event.
220 pounds: Garrett Dutton (Mount View) pinned by Bryce Bussell (Maine Central Institute), pinned Philip Bagley (Foxcroft Academy) and lost by disqualification to Camryn Atwood (Skowhegan).
285 pounds: Riley Bryant (Mount View) pinned by Calvin Gould (Nokomis), pinned Alex Race (Dexter) and pinned Calvin Gould (Nokomis) to place third.
