What happens when people talk to each other?

How many of us have any idea of what 52 million dollars looks like? It’s a lot. It would easily set up generations of one family and heirs forever, as would a million dollar jackpot.
The people who advocate strongly for a NO vote on Article 3 are some of our most sensible, informed and thoughtful neighbors.
As for myself, any breakdown in communications with the Town of Camden is a failure. Let Camden own it, if they so choose.
What happens when people talk to each other? They get a whole lot better at understanding one another.
Please seriously consider voting No on article 3.
