Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 14-20.
Allen James, 43, of Jackson, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Jackson April 4, 2023, dismissed; two counts of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County April 4, 2023, and April 25, 2023, 30 years in prison and $400 fine for each count; violating a condition of release in Waldo County April 25, 2023, six months in jail; criminal conspiracy in Waldo County April 4, 2023, dismissed.
Clyde Potter, 39, of Monroe, operating while license suspended or revoked in Jackson Dec. 27, 2023, $250 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Brooks April 27, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation in Brooks April 27, 30 days in jail and $500 fine.
Antonia Flagg, 30, of Belmont, three counts of assault on an emergency medical care provider in Belfast April 15, all dismissed.
Jennifer Grenier, 53, of Unity, assault in Unity June 2, $500 fine; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Unity June 2, $250 fine.
Vincent Digiovanni, 44, of Montville, refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Montville June 16, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Montville June 16, dismissed.
Michael A. Ripley, 34, of Belfast, protective order from harassment violation in Belfast July 17, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast July 17, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast July 17, dismissed.
Donovan O. Conary, 27, of Swanville, criminal trespass in Waldo Nov. 17, 48 hours in jail.
Ralph H. Newbert, 60, of Stockton Springs, harvester failing to tag shellfish in Belfast Oct. 8, $200 fine.
Ke-Shawn Brown, 21, of Bangor, operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville Jan. 6, dismissed.
Caleb D. Wasson, 25, of Brewer, hunting migratory waterfowl without a permit in Searsport Jan. 1, $100 fine.
John Langan, 46, of Thorndike, driving to endanger in Troy Dec. 4, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; failing to stop or an officer in Troy Dec. 4,$250 fine.
Trapper Larrabee, 29, of Knox, operating a vehicle without a license in Liberty Dec. 6, $200 fine.
Dasha M. Rodriguez, 25, of Trenton, domestic violence assault in Searsmont Feb. 13, dismissed.
