ROCKPORT — The Midcoast Recreation Center will be hosting a summer classic tennis tournament Aug. 13-14 at the Camden Hills Regional High School tennis courts (or inside the MRC if it rains). 

This summer UTR tournament will be held using a match format of 2 out of 3 sets with a 10 pt. tiebreaker in lieu of the third set. Both the singles and doubles draws are co-ed and all players will get multiple UTR matches.

Prize money will be awarded in the 4+ singles draw if registrations exceed 12 or more players. $200-1st, $100-2nd. If fewer than 12 the event will still be held but prize money will not be given. Prize money will not be awarded in the other draws.
