ROCKPORT — Marine Patrol Officer Jeff Turcotte was recognized at the Maine Lobstermen's association forum as the Marine Patrol Officer of the year.
Officer Turcotte, who serves in the Southwest Harbor Patrol, received the 2016 Maine Lobstermen's Association Maine Patrol Officer of the Year Award Saturday night at the Fishermen's Forum at the Samoset Resort. This is an annual recognition of Marine Patrol Officers who provide outstanding service in support of the Maine lobster industry.
