ROCKPORT — Jane T. Frantz, 76, passed away peacefully at the Sussman House on October 15, 2024. Born December 20, 1947 in Bluefield, West Virginia to the late William O. Tracy Jr. and Isabel Curry Tracy. She married Jerry Frantz in Roanoke, Virginia.

Jane is survived by her daughter, Mary Beth Frantz and her family, including her beloved grandson, Jordan; sister and family, Martha T. Holland; and her brother and family, William O. Tracy III.

Jane will be laid to rest next to her late husband, Jerry, in Evergreen Cemetery in Virginia.

Jane loved her time in Rockland, Maine having volunteered at the Children’s Museum, Habitat for Humanity and as a car attendant on the Belfast and Moosehead Lake Railroad. She loved meeting people.

In lieu of flowers contribution to Midcoast Habitat for Humanity are welcomed.
