Five Town Little League Challenger program starts Sept. 5

ROCKPORT — Five Town Little League Challenger program starts Tuesday, September 5, at 5 p.m., at Marge Jones, on the softball field.
Challenger is open to kids in grades K-12 and provides a safe and exciting platform for children with physical and intellectual disabilities to play baseball.
Children that reside in the District 2 boundaries are eligible to play, “basically, Stocking Springs to Newcastle,” said organizers, in a news release.
