ROCKLAND — Elizabeth ‘Missy’ Freeman Staunton, 82, died peacefully, Saturday, July 21, 2024 at her home with her niece by her side.
In keeping with Missy’s wishes no services will be held at this time, however a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either, Pope Memorial Humane Society, P.O. Box 1294, Rockland, Maine 04841, or the Knox County Homeless Coalition, P.O. Box 1696, Rockland, ME 04841.
Arrangements are in the care of Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock Street, Rockland.
