Camden Rotary Club 2025 grant applications available; updates made for new year
The Camden Rotary Club’s 2025 grant applications for Knox County and Lincolnville nonprofits are now available at https://www.camdenrotary.org/ on the Grants page. The application deadline is January 31.
The Club’s recently redesigned grant-making policies and procedures, which align with best practices for donor funding, will apply to all new grants awarded in 2025.
“We will focus our grants on high-impact, non-profit programs and projects in the following priority areas: food security, housing, health and safety, youth development, and economic security,” said Bruce Cole, in a news release. Cole chairs the Club’s grants committee.
The Club can award grants of up to $10,000 and will consider applications for multi-year funding. The Club has also set aside funds for smaller grants of up to $1,500.
Successful proposals will address high-priority community needs in one or more of the Club’s focus areas, align with best practices, and include measurable outcomes and key milestones. They must also address administrative and fiscal competence.
The Camden Rotary Club meets at noon each Tuesday at the First Congregational Church, Camden, at 55 Elm Street. Visitors are welcome. Information is available at https://www.camdenrotary.org/.
